How theoutlay.com handles the little it collects: the details you send with a demo request, and one cookie to remember your choice.

Last updated October 2026

The short version

This site collects personal details only when you send the demo request form, and uses them only to reply to you. It counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. It uses essential cookies only. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your details with advertisers.

Who we are

Outlay 3PL is a product of Libra Europe (Libra Consulting Ltd), which runs this website and decides how the details you send through it are used. You can reach us at info@libraeurope.com.

What we collect and why

When you ask for a demo, the form sends us:

  • your name and work email address
  • your company and role, if you give them
  • your message

We use them to reply to you, arrange a demo and talk to you about Outlay 3PL. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering a request you have made to us. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

  • Vercel hosts this website and passes your form to the Libra Europe website, which sends it to our team by email.
  • Resend delivers that email to us. It does not set cookies in your browser.

Both act only on our instructions. We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any conversation that follows, and then delete them.

Counting visits

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, which site and page sent you here, the country and type of device, and clicks on the demo and email links. It sets no cookies and stores no personal details; visitors are counted from a code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, to have them deleted, or object to how we use them, by emailing info@libraeurope.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. Local storage works in a similar way, and we treat it the same. This site uses only what it needs to work:

NamePurposeDuration
libra-cookie-consentRemembers your choice on the cookie notice, so we do not ask againUntil you clear it
lps-utmOnly if you accept: remembers the campaign link you arrived from, so we know which campaign led to a demo request. Kept in session storageUntil you close the tab
Hosting cookiesSet by Vercel, our host, to deliver the site reliably and protect it from abuseSession or short-lived

Accepting on the cookie notice switches on only the campaign memory above. Rejecting leaves it off, and changes nothing else. If we ever add anything optional, we will update this page and ask you first.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.

Changes to this policy

If anything here changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
